Caesar came to evaluate the fence to keep a recurring female coyote from using our backyard as Home. He gave great suggestions and assisted me in doing a temporary blockade for the coyote and recommended that I get a motion sensor sprinkler installed at the entry point in the back left corner of our property so the minister is motion. UPDATE: HAD TO UPDATE MY REVIEW BECAUSE THE LABOR JOB IS NOT GREAT. I HAD TO CONTACT THE COMPANY A FEW TIMES TO FIX THE LATCH AND WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO FIX IT, THEY DAMAGED MY NEW FENCE. SO I HAD TO REACH OUT AGAIN, THEY CAME AND HID ALL THE HOLES INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE FENCE THAT THEY DAMAGED. PLUS, I AM STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH THE LATCH OPENING AND LOCKING. WHEN ARANGING THE REQUEST THE LADY DID NOT EMAIL ME BACK WHEN I ASKED FOR A TIME OR AN UPDATE OF WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE. I GOT IGNROED. MY SIDE FENCE STILL GIVES ME ... read more
I did their online quote, decided the project wasn't worth the cost, and declined their follow up message. They said they wouldn't contact me again... But that was a lie. They've now called me 7* more times. Spamming people with phone calls doesn't make them want your product more.
About to start this tear down and new install in Prosper!!
Very easy to do business with. Great pricing. Cesar was thorough and communicative. Showed up on time. Carlos and his worker were very conscientious and were very careful with my plants. Very satisfied and will definitely use them again.
