Attn:: Easton Mngt/Faculty I have lived within miles where this particular establishment is located, and I can Honestly say that the golden days are long gone in the sense of Creativity/Design layout, for those long term residents whoum have Experienced and witness the Birth of this Mall and it's Expansion over the last Decade Alone is phenomenal! So My question is. Why the decline in performance, and customer satisfaction, Example, "Wow Factor" what makes Easton Different then Polaris and the new mall

We have been coming to Easton for the past 3 years for my daughters birthday and have enjoyed it every year. We are returning soon but I'm a little concerned with reading all these reviews about the issues going around up there. Has anything been done to rectify it, is it still a safe place?

Melinda - We have changed our Parental Escort Policy and Code of Conduct. Children age 15 and younger may not remain in the public spaces of Easton after 6:00 PM, unless accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 21. Children who are not with a guardian, or who do not have proper identification, will be given the opportunity to leave the center or go to the Easton Community Room to await their ride. We this gem yesterday. Liked it so much we're going back today! We're not from around here but the shopping center is one of the best anywhere.
I love Easton but way to many thugs and gangbangers hanging out. Go to Polaris much better crowd and not many gang Fight's. Sorry Easton until you get rid of the trash we will not be coming back to bad
I go to Easton often for their special events such as live music, art event, and farmers markets. Everything is always well organized and very enjoyable. I also enjoy the restaurants and night life. I have been there at all times if the day and night and have always felt safe. Although I loath shopping, Easton is always at the top of my list for entertainment.

We have been providing Carriage Rides for the Holiday Season for 16 years at Easton Town Center. Easton by far is the most fantastic place to work. The Management staff are the best. The goal for Easton is to not just be a place to shop or eat ,but to try to make every visit a Special Event. The things they do for children are always fun and safe
