Trying to get to doctor’s appointment. Reserved parking spots for the office in the parking garage. Security would not let us in because “We can see that there are no open spots on the cameras.” Really??? I beg to differ. Found 3 empty spots right in front. Oh and that was after I hoofed I️t a block and up 3 flights of stairs and then walked the length of the parking garage. SMDH!
We always enjoy ourselves. There is so much to see and do. We visit our usual spots, and enjoy the frequent new ones. We spend all day and are sad to go!

Incredibly disappointed with Easton’s Santa experience this year. We just waited in line for 35 minutes to be told we now have been entered in a “virtual” line and the wait to be called for that is 55 minutes. Then we STILL have to wait in line for who knows how long to see the actual Santa. This is a joke. What happened to just standing in a line??? I don’t think the “virtual line” should be a FORCED option. That’s great for people who have other things to do at Easton but we came here JUST to see Santa and now it’s taking ... read more
The carriage ride was a joke....very disappointing...we drove 2 hrs thru horrible weather to get there by 915 which runs til 10..and was told by scrooge the line was closed....we walk around for a few minutes, come back by and what...there are a couple more people in line behind the cut off people...seriously...what kind of business are you running, who can pay the most?????????? So very disappointed.......
