Just now left Easton with terrible experience I use to shop and spend my money here ALL THE TIME even work in the stores me and my 5 year old son was targeted today by a very rude ignorant racist forever 21 employee also a terrible ignorant racist security guard who was threatening me in front of my child and also called me a “BLACK GIRL” also told me to shut up and keep walking and a tempted to act like he was going to walk up on me and touch me I would no longer recommend any of my friends or family even a stranger to shop... read more

I would not recommend this mall. We have been stuck in the garage on the 4th floor for over an hour and no one is getting us out. They keep letting people in and now no one can pull out all lanes are blocked.

Huge shout out to Easton Security. When I was shopping on Monday I inadvertently dropped a Lululemon bag with a gift receipt inside ON THE SIDEWALK!!!!! Did not discover it for 10 minutes when I got across the mall in another store. I had no idea where it was but after searching and backtracking all my steps I went back to Lululemon to alert them to the possibility of someone trying to return it with gift receipt. Fun friendly pretty place to go
I very much so recommend Easton it’s a very clean mall compared to other’s around the Columbus area. I love how all the store spaces are filled and nothing is empty. However I went to take pictures with Santa and I have never been more annoyed or upset besides last year with the Easter Bunny. Idk where these photographers come from the pictures were terrible and they did not take the time to actually take a picture it was “click,click” your done.
