I use to LOVE this place. Embarrassed to say I’ve spent thousands here over than pandemic but I had the most horrible experience with their customer service. After receiving my Trendsend box, third in the row, filled with items I explicitly asked them to exclude (please no spaghetti straps or jeans), I voiced my complaint and was told “sorry, we will miss you as a customer.” At these prices I’d expect at least a “can we change your stylist for you”.

The clothing is high quality fashion and although some items may seem high priced the items last and wear well. The sales are great if you don’t mind after season clothing.
