Every single court date seemed as though she was on “the other side.” Kathy and her team, clearly judged me and let their opinion of me take over! Even told me, the only support I had with me at a particular court date could not come in the courtroom. Total lie! Judged me to my face that very day! Kathy is an amazing attorney. After 15 years of dealing with a case out of state and many challenges with other attorneys, Kathy found a fair solution for me. I have great respect for her talent as an attorney, and even more, I admire her as a wonderful person. Thank you, Kathy, for being my attorney.
Worst lawyer ever. Took almost two years to get a non-contested divorce, even after being paid in full. She would not return calls, emails. I had to become like a bill collector in calls and emails to for her to do anything. Very unprofessional, and no compassion. She would not honor even the reason for filing. I would never recommend no matter how desperate you are to get out a bad situation/marriage. After both my husband and I signed the divorce papers, it still took her over two months to make a court date to finalize it... read more

Worst lawyer in TN! Charges an expensive Retainer, 9500.00...other partys attorney does ALL the work. DID not even appear in Court Proceedings! Haven't received any money back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. TOOK over 3 years to get DIVORCED!
