Yes hard to get a hold of, though effective. Each counselor has their nuances.
I am very disappointed with him. I had to call him multiple times to find out what happened to my ticket and 2 other tickets for people I had referred to him. It took him 2-3 weeks to respond. He didn't do anything to one of the tickets, still had to pay him of course, pay the fine, and take a traffic class. When confronted about it his response was "don't hire me next time." He made me look really bad. I will never recommend him again.
