The Ballard location is now closed. I stopped by twice in 2 days during work hours. The sign said OPEN out front so I figured they were at lunch or something but when I called their other location they told me the the Ballard location is "pretty much closed". They must have forgotten to remove the OPEN sign.

Try and get a manager to call you. They wont. Got 3 quotes in 3 days all completely different form the same product. Thousands of dollars difference.... This company needs new management/sales people who dont try and scam LONG time buyers. Been using them for about 15 years, now Im going anywhere else.

Expect to be overcharged and under serviced. Also you're paying for 5’, 10’, 15’, 20’ etc. If you ask for 12’ you still pay for 15’ but they won't tell you so check you receipts.
