Very disappointed. They never checked to see if the problem was fixed and it wasn't. They emptied the contents of my console onto the floor and never picked it up.

My service was timely and complete as it has been for several years. I look forward to continuing to being a repeat customer at Everett in Hickory.
I arrived at 12:00p for an oil change that did not finish until 2:25p. Upon receiving my vehicle, all of the contents of my glove compartment was thrown on the floor of my passenger’s side of my vehicle. I was very disappointed with this visit.
