Had tried to contact him in the evening, and left a message that I needed an appointment. I had been having a pretty rough time the previous few days. Shortly after my phone call to him at around 7:00pm, my phone rang, and he talked to me for about 30 minutes. He definitely went above and beyond. Something you don't see these days.
