Ordered and installed a storm shelter for us. Great communication and professional install - very happy with the finished product and communication from on the phone, via email, to in person.
I bought a tankless water heater from them, and 2 days later, there was a leak around the fitting, and they said it was not their fault, very rude. The tech came out and fixed it, and said I was right. Recently, the heater stopped heating. I called, and they said it would be 1 wk to get a tech out and then another week to get the part, so they expected we go without hot water for 2 wks, totally unacceptable.
