This was great until you have a claim. If you like a Christmas card every year for decades of premiums without a claim, you’ll like it. If you ever have a claim, you’re on your own. No follow up after an accident to see if you and your family are okay. I feel like I was duped for my loyalty when I could have had cheaper insurance. State Farm and particularly the Nolte office are not good neighbors and aren’t there when you need them.
