I have been seeing Mary Ellen for more than a year. I am doing EMDR therapy with her and have made tremendous progress with my PTSD issues. I was skeptical about this type of therapy because I could not understand how it could possibly work. I am absolutely amazed at how issues that would consume my thoughts and feelings have NO control over me now. I still have more to go but would highly recommend Mary Ellen to anyone who suffers from PTSD or any other issue for that matter.
