I simply had a software update on my Maverick. They got me right in and finished quickly.
I took my vehicle to this dealership to diagnose a leak in my sunroof thinking it would be the safest bet for good/quality service. Vehicle was returned to me later that day with the entire sunroof removed, no longer a leak, now a gaping hole. Service manager and sales manager on site expressed a shocking level of indifference. Work 1/10. Service 1/10. Do not recommend.
Was in there today with my Rancher. I told the service man that I would not have the tools yet they said they can switch tires with their tools. They did not know that you needed a special tool designed to the ranger VIN. When I requested, before they knew that, to search for the tool at a used ranger they were selling in the lot, like the other dealer did for me, the service man got extremely angry and this was just a simple request that was reasonable.
