Top rank service department has never wavered. Great work, and great people.
This was my first experiences with a dealership and I assumed that meant good knowledgeable service. I was sorely disappointed. I was told that keeping your vehicle for a couple days is a normal practice to except. Their communication with me was one-sided and lacking. They continually quoted me crazy costs for things that were covered by my warranty. I had to call them to check the status of my vehicle. They tried to tell me it took them 7hrs to do paperwork. I strongly recommend you not to enter with high exceptions.
