Very unprofessional. I hired Tyler Everett to handle a parenting plan case, he continuously ignored my requests and concerns. His paralegal was also very rude and disregarded any and all concerns I had. He lied about there being no police report, but when I called the department myself they happily emailed me the information I needed. He constantly referenced his parents divorce when I expressed concerns about my case, very lazy lawyer who is just looking for an easy check. It's my opinion Tyler was working for the other side. Never doing anything for me. Took my money and then took some more. It's also my opinion he even made some of this billing hours.
