I have called twice within 2 months for refills and the same guy answered both times and he's always short with me. Somehow, they messed up my refills on my medications and gave me 2 and left 1 out so I was calling about that 1 to see when it could be refilled and he asked for my name and then was like "They only pay for it once every 25 days".
