Started off thinking I found a great small business—owner was personable, showed solid-looking past work, and the turnaround was quick. That’s about where the positives end. Once I got everything home and actually went through the parts, the issues were obvious. There’s paint blow-through around the emblem in multiple spots—which I initially brushed off at pickup since small mistakes can happen—but it doesn’t stop there. Did work quickly & was fare on price
Roland is a good straight up guy and is very clear with all steps in the process. Hopefully none of us hits a deer again but if we ever have any more damage done to any of our vehicles we will be taking it to Roland. My daughter hit a deer damaging the hood, fender, and driver side door. He made the process easy and fast and best of all it looks like nothing even happened when he got done. Highly recommend thanks again
