If there was a negative rating, I would absolutely rate them in the negative. I have not experienced anything positive with Everett Chevrolet. Beginning with the purchase of my vehicle to the sorry services, I am a deeply dissatisfied customer. Definitely think twice before you buy at Everett Chevrolet, shop around, and do your research on vehicles.
Those dealership is awful! Don’t deal with Jamie “ the sales manager who deal with trade in” he always give y’all lowest price trade in and refused deal with bank requested trade in equal with approval bank loan! Always asked me to came in third time with C.J. Franks the salesperson that was no longer work there. General Manager K. Lewis hasn’t responded to my e-mail that was neat statement. The only reason a one star there is nothing lower. A terrible service Dept. The worst experience I have ever had a GM Dealership.
Great service department! My vehicles don't get serviced anywhere else! Always treated with respect and 100% honesty. They will always do the right thing. Great place to go!
