Mr Ricky the service manager is the best! Every single time we call he has no problem helping us. We have had to go back several times in the last few weeks and he continuously shows care and pride in his job. He has helped us out tremendously! Thank you service team
I had a sensor on my Suburban go off that I needed to get checked out. Ricky Birmingham talked me through a few things over the phone, and recommended I bring it in the next day. I ended up bringing it in without an appointment. Ricky was so helpful updating me on what they were doing. I didn’t have to wait long, and got to enjoy a nice cappuccino while I was there. Had some warranty work done and Ricky Birmingham was my service writer. I was very pleased with the timely manner and the updates I received while work was being done. Very professional and customer friendly just a overall great experience!! Thank you for great customer service something thats just not very popular anymore!!!!
This was warranty work and I wasn't kept informed on the progress. I had to call every time for updates.
10 hours for a new tire is unacceptable. Go to Crain. Do not go to Everett.
