This was warranty work and I wasn't kept informed on the progress. I had to call every time for updates.
10 hours for a new tire is unacceptable. Go to Crain. Do not go to Everett.
The service manager kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. They ordered parts for what they couldn't fix during the appointment & already got me scheduled to get that taken care of.
Steve Landers and the service team at Everett Chevrolet always do a great job.
