The first day I moved in, there was a dead cockroach in the toilet. There was a hole in the door I had to ask twice to be filled. Any and all maintenance is as cheap as possible, even the door numbers don't match. There are mice, and roaches, and ants in the summer. Any noise you make in your apartment will clearly be heard in the corridor, though apartment to apartment noise is pretty minimal.
