Awful experience living here :,( worst place I’ve ever lived in the city of Las Vegas Everything was very poorly handled by Management we felt Had someone try to enter the apartment when I was home, no notice and they did not wait until after the doorbell was rang for me to come downstairs and open the door Very traumatizing experience Had a neighbor downstairs smoke cigarettes inside their unit which infiltrated our unit for an entire year! I toured these apartment homes recently.. they’re okay, but definitely a bit outdated. What turned me off was the experience with the guy in the office. He was extremely rude, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. Also, I’m not sure if this is supposed to be a non-smoking property, but residents were sitting in cars blocking by the entrance smoking cigarettes. It came off really tacky and gave a bad first impression.

I spent a-lot of time choosing where i was going to find my very first places with my partner&sister and the Everett has been nothing but amazing so far! Brandi&Gabriel in the leasing office are so kind and attentive and have been so great a communicating with us! The move in was seamless and not confusing at all! The community is very safe, pet friendly, CLEAN, and quiet! But very active which we loved! I met Matthew, the maintenance supervisor, today and he was awesome!
