I moved to Everett Apartments from out of state and the leasing office made it simple and straightforward to finalize my move. Maintenance team also has executed all of our requests. Glad we made the right choice! 10/10
We lived here for a year and really loved it. The grounds are always clean and great to walk through. Loved the greenery and how they maintained it. Maintenance was always very nice and professional. Only reason we moved is because we bought a house. Would recommend!

Awful experience living here :,( worst place I’ve ever lived in the city of Las Vegas Everything was very poorly handled by Management we felt Had someone try to enter the apartment when I was home, no notice and they did not wait until after the doorbell was rang for me to come downstairs and open the door Very traumatizing experience Had a neighbor downstairs smoke cigarettes inside their unit which infiltrated our unit for an entire year!
