I saw Jad Hamady for a shoulder injury, it was a great experience. He really helped me understand the issue and gave me useful tips that I have been using at the gym to avoid reinjuring it. Really appreciate his attention to detail. I also saw Sasha for a quad injury. It was a great experience, really appreciate them figuring out the injury and helping to relieve tension. I highly recommend Sasha.
I have worked with Trevor for a few sessions now. He is a great professional that provides consistent massage therapy every time. He incorporates deep tissue massage with excellent service. Highly recommended!
