Rang and I told the them about my situation. who ever answered the phone said thats no problem, please send me some pics and your address. I did that, and i rang back 10 minutes later, - no answer. Waited for them to call, - nothing. I rang them back 2 hours later - no answer. I rang them the next day - no answer. After giving photos of my house and address, then I get ghosted, a simple, apology that you can't fix at the moment, instead of ignoring me, would be enough ok me. Poor customer service.
