We bought a few coolers —two back-bar and two under-counter. It's like pulling teeth to get them serviced. They are under warranty! First, they argue that the purchase dates are based on when the distributor ordered them, not when they delivered them to you. Then, they call to ask you the dumbest questions possible. Just take care of your product! Forget the fact that, out of four units, two had to be serviced within two years; it's like pulling teeth to get the job done.
