Customer service is terrible. Was messaging them through email and gave all the information that he asked for. Told me that they would likely have the part in stock and never heard from them again
Waiting to cancel ordered. Ordered parts expected June 11th. Still not shipped. Two emails sent no reply.
I ordered and received a gasket set for a Honda motor. It was packaged poorly and one of the gaskets was broken. No reply to multiple emails, so i called and was told it was going out that week. Three weeks later, no replacement and no response to further emails. Buyer beware
Took a little longer for shipping using DHL. I was not able to use everything that came with the kit because it would not work on my motor too. All in all I got excited to find someone with a rebuild kit but upset at description.
