They are very inconsiderate and Unhelpful when an accident occurs. And there are so many different names and numbers they give you just to get voicemails. They just had an insured driver who transports, hit me in the snow and ice and Denied the Claim. So now I have no car and get no money for pain& suffering. I'm going to Sue then as we speak. They refused to use Their Collision Coverage, being Cheap! They will most definitely regret it.
Never use this company. Had a flooding disaster April 4, 2023, It took forever to pay back a claim. Haven't receive the claim up to this time.
