Everest Management was engaged to help my company with a very difficult asset. The EMS has done an incredible job stabilizing the local leadership team, improving financial performance but most importantly has driven quality clinical outcomes at the property. Despite being in receivership, the property recently earned 5 Star CMS Quality Rating.
Fountains at ATCO worked with Everest team for two years. Their entire organization were amazing. Any issue the facility had was carefully analyzed and worked on till resolved. They provide a first class service.
The past three years have been challening especially being a newer NHA and starting out in a facility that ended up in receivership due to no fault on the facility team.
