My severely disabled daughter has been with them since February of this year and, as of today, they have not done one monthly follow up phone call nor have they met her face to face. This is especially concerning, considering with the fact that my daughter is nonverbal and also wheelchair-bound with a severe traumatic brain injury. The fact that they’ve not shown their face in our resident, even one time in nearly 5 months is concerning. Issue been reported to the state of Missouri and is pending further investigation.
