I have an old ac unit. Most people who come to maintain it try to sell me a new unit although mine is working. Mike took care of the unit and replaced a part all for under 200.00. He also communicates well, worked around my crazy schedule, and is professional. I hired him to do routine maintenance for me which he didn't try to sell me. He's my go to ac guy
