You can’t even get through on the phone to these people. Sales department is the easiest to get in touch with and I’ve been trying for a week and I haven’t spoken to a single person! You can’t even leave a message, what’s the point of having a phone number if you’re forced to visit the store.
Excellent store. Their team is very professional and always willing to help with anything you need. I highly recommend them 100%.
The WORST customer experience! They have zero interest in helping one to find what one is looking for are rude and unprofessional. It felt as if I was a complete bother to them not worth their time. I had heard good things about them and wanted to try them out, but the reality was so frustrating I would not make an effort to come back here for a second chance.
