We had everdry do my home in Coal City , Illinois. They did a good job and I pay my warranty every year. Well I paid it this year and we got a leak. I call them to find out they are temporarily closed. I have left messages. I don't want to have someone else fix it and them tell me my warranty is no good cause I called someone else. I THINK I SHOULD BE REFUNDED.My water bill is usually around $70 and it is now almost $400. I'm not waiting anymore I'm done with them.
I was an employee here, and I absolutely would not recommend this company if you need work done. half the time I was there, they cut corners, and by cutting corners, I mean they literally skipped whole parts of the project sometimes, if you got work done by them once and they finished weirdly fast, now you know. Very unprofessional crew, immature starting conflict for no reason or sleeping on the job. Do not hire this company unless you want your basement worse than it was before.
I forgot and I should have posted this when the work was done these people are amazing. I will be here all night telling you all the great things. They were very pleasant very professional very thorough. They did excellent work inside and out. I highly recommend this company
