I am a Criminal Defense Lawyer. I had a client who was violated by the Secretary of State because of an Interlock violation that was not her fault. Nick Everdeen was amazing; not only did he take the time to explain the problem to me but also took time out of his workday to testify at the hearing. He stood up for, and stood by, his customer. You don’t want to have a problem with your Interlock, but, if it happens (which it often does!), he is the person that you want on your side.
I had to have my interlock recalibrated. When they attempted to do it they found my handset needed replacing. I was told to come back the next day. They would have a new handset, no appointment needed. Went there the next day and was told they were closed. Come the next day(Saturday). Just checked their website, closed. It is a one hour drive to get there from my house. In my opinion they are worthless. My mistake in choosing them. I mistakenly thought their employees would know when their own shop was open.
I could not be happier with the service I received at Everdeen Auto. Work is nice, clean, and honest.
Best place I've ever taken my vehicle. Nick is great!
