Recently had a dinner with Chef Vincent and let me tell you, he stepped up to the plate big time. We asked him to curate a meal around a pheasant hunt my friends and I did. Let me tell you, I did not know it was possible for pheasant to taste the way it did. Not only was the preparation beautiful but the story behind every course really added to the experience. I would add more stars if I had the option.
