We dealt with Guastavo directly. Gustavo seemed like a decent guy originally, until the key for his door locks did not work. He purchased a ford econoline from our dealership. We offered to change the door lock cylinders, a simple fix and he threw a fit. Cited the van gave him "bad ju ju" and wanted out of his contractual agreement and obligations.
