We have had Everclear Pools SA come out to inspect some old pool equipment, as well as have them order and replace said equipment. All staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and honest. The girls in the store are always lovely, polite and happy to help, even with the simpilest of questions. Nothing but praise for Everclear Pools - they have been excellent from the very beginning and even after 6 months from when it was installed Everclear have been there to answer questions and fix little minor issues quickly and efficiently. The most recent was even a software app issue. It was the app that controls my heat pump - Nic from Everclear was quickly onto the supplier who promptly contacted me to ask for more info about the issues I was seeing.
