Great customer service. Highly respectful to female customers who are managing their own pools. No.1 business for poor supplies and maintenance in cairns.

Friendly, reliable and do an excellent job maintaining our pool and equipment.
A very strange experience. I asked for a quote for a replacement spa part + installation. I was asked to supply all the information about the part, which I did. After that, complete silence for many weeks. I emailed 3-4 times over a period of 3 months or so and called a couple times without ever receiving any response. I'm not sure what I did not deserve such a disrespectful treatment. I would not recommend this business to anyone that's for sure!
