A very strange experience. I asked for a quote for a replacement spa part + installation. I was asked to supply all the information about the part, which I did. After that, complete silence for many weeks. I emailed 3-4 times over a period of 3 months or so and called a couple times without ever receiving any response. I'm not sure what I did not deserve such a disrespectful treatment. I would not recommend this business to anyone that's for sure!
As a Brinsmead local I always try to buy local. I have booked 3 pool cleans and no one has turned up each time. Today I just needed a batch of chemicals delivered and was told the owner would call me back. Staff should be able to handle this task easily.
