They do not do anything they say they are doing. Our pool was supposedly serviced yesterday while we were out and when we got home, nothing had been done. When we called to complain, we were told maybe he was having a bad day. That's no excuse to not perform the service we are paying for and say you did. Our pool has turned green twice from lack of proper chemicals. Find someone else to do your pool service.

My pool company sold to this pool company. They immediately changed my technician to another person, who was trained by my other tech. 1st time new guy comes out he "ran out of testing strips" and dumped salt into our pool. Our total chorine went from 3ppm for 2.5 years to 7. My PH is now out of whack. 2 emails, neither were answered. Pool company is horrible. They have a contract with our community and have had issues since at least spring 2021. They are contracted to clean and maintain our pool 3x week. You’d think that the pool would be kept clear and clean. Not the case. The pool has been shut down by the city numerous times because they do not maintain the chemicals, they don’t vacuum, and I don’t think they’ve ever scrubbed it. See pictures I’ve uploaded. We hired this company just over a month ago and they’ve come to clean our pool once. We immediately paid all of our invoices too. Our pool went from green to worse cloudy and green and they did not return our calls. We let them go.
