Today while driving west on Highway 113 in Cartersville approximately at 11:45 I witnessed an Everclear Grading dumptruck weaving in and out of traffic, speeding and shockingly tailgating a van full of Senior Citizens (it had the Assisted Living Facility name all over it). The driver was tailgating the van in the left lane while they were passing two semi trucks in the right lane.
