DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Route 53 and Hobson. Just got rear ended in this car wash because the car wash malfunctioned. Yes I was in Neutral. Damage to my bumper. I’ve been through that car wash before and did not have an issue. I requested to have the owner call me and the Assistant Manager was reluctant to honor my request. He said the Manager would call me. After seeing other reviews I’m nervous that I will be stuck with damage.
This place is the best. Never long lines.....you always seem to get right in. And the car wash is nice and gentle on your car. They also give away free wipes for your dashboard and car scents. They have places to hang up your mats so you can clean them. Very friendly staff. This place is fantastic.I would highly recommend

A trim piece on my car was lost during the wash. I called and texted pictures with the assurance that I would be called by the manager when they came in. I never heard from them. My car was also still dirty after I left.
