Update: after my review went out, a week later or so I got a response. And I am satisfied with the solution they offered. The tire cleaner is still hit or miss but has worked since getting contacted (just not every time). I’ve also had my mirrors bent back twice now so I think it’s the position the car is in on the belt but it does tell you to fold them in so that’s me being lazy. Workers are still very nice! Best carwash! We have gone to a variety of car washes over the years and this is simply the best! Not only does it do a good job but they have the best customer experience.
Most of the young guys working here are so nice! I haven’t had any issues with it damaging my car but I pay for the highest price membership and the tire cleaner hasn’t worked for at least the last 6 months. I went in and talked to the workers and they, again, are so nice and I don’t blame them but they couldn’t really do anything for me. They said they’d talk to a manager (or whoever).
