I have had their monthly subscription to their monthly car wash for close to a year. It is their top tier "love my car" option. However I will be cancelling my subscription due to recent events. For some reason the high pressure rinse was not applied. This happened to be twice on the last month. The soap was still heavily on my car after the wash.
