I went in for a basic car wash under my membership today. Pulling up to the cashier window there was a young gentleman there to greet me, Gavin. I asked for the cleaning wipes and then made a comment about possibly getting something to clean my window, my passenger window had gum smeared on the outside and I couldn't get it off. Very disappointing experience with Evergreen Car Wash. On September 23, their automatic wash pulled the roof cargo box off my 2016 Kia Sedona, destroyed the crossbars, scratched the vehicle, and damaged the rear wiper. I reported the damage immediately. Employees told me the manager, Aleks, would contact me, but he never did. I also sent a formal email last Saturday and received no response. Personally, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The car wash machines move extremely fast, and unfortunately, they damaged my vehicle and broke the Windshield wiper arm. Despite knowing that the damage was caused by their equipment, they refused to take responsibility, leaving me to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. I find this extremely disappointing and irresponsible.
I have been a member of this car wash with my own vehicle and not had any major issues. I just added my husband's minivan took it through the car wash and the dryer sucked the spoiler off my van. I fell down an incident report and the manager has gotten back to me that he received it but they are five to seven day policy is very slow in my opinion.
