No good service
Long time customer... I'm out!!! Your new license plate reader system sucks. It's invasive. I can't use my google voice phone # to re register. Why do I have to re register in the first place??? Why do you need my dob? Why do I need an app? It's a freaking car wash. All you need is my cc. All I need is a windshield sticker. But you had to make it ridiculous. So I'm out. If you're considering a membership here, be aware of their ridiculousness and go elsewhere
I took my car to get washed at and it cleaned nothing at all. There’s still bird poop on my windshield and hood. To make matters worse, I’m not allowed to cancel billing until I download this app due to their new system. And being given a run around when wanting to cancel at the location I signed up. And prices keep getting higher every year and you’re not locked in.
The wash quality itself has been a bit lacking in my experience, but the customer support is top-notch. They are honest, transparent, and reliable. I had a great experience with an employee named Victor (West Chicago location) who promised to look into my account payment and reached out afterward via text to confirm everything was correct. I really appreciated his follow-through and excellent communication to put me at ease.
