Great experience with online scheduling and the men who did the work. Our windows look great! We can’t tell yet if the vent cleaning is helping, but we sure are glad to have it done! We are already recommending this company. Communication with customers regarding payment could be better. How about an automatic email acknowledging my online payment and itemizing what I paid for as well as how much additional I can expect to pay when service is rendered? I have used Everclean's services at Animal Eye Center where I am the manager. We have our windows cleaned regularly by both Dan & Ashley and they always do a wonderful job! We have also had our entire air duct system cleaned and our dryer vent cleaned multiple times. They always get lots of hair and junk out and get it back to working efficiently for us! Our entire building complex gets the gutters cleaned as well and they always clean up everything and haul it away keeping the property looking clean!!
Our dryer vent showed signs of being clogged, so we called Everclean. They showed up promptly and worked quickly, removing a pile of dryer lint from our dryer vent ductwork. They were very friendly and showed me pictures of the shiny interior of my dryer vent ductwork. Our dryer is working much more efficiently now! I feel it was well worth this maintenance step to prolong the life of our dryer and use less energy to dry our clothes.
Didn’t show up for their appointment. Amber in customer service was beyond rude.
