I look forward to my visits with Dr. Manning, he is so thorough and looks for the most up to date treatment for my problems. I recommend him to my family and friends if you are looking for a physician that is detail oriented Dr. Manning is the doctor for you. His staff is the greatest always sending me what I need from lab orders to results.
Totally agree with the last comment. It’s ashame because the doctor himself is great. The staff on the other hand, not so much. His staff is not very professional. I didn’t leave a comment my first visit although I didn’t like my experience with his staff. But this second time around I had to. He deserves a better team because he was really good.
I really like Dr. Manning himself, but the office is always running really late, even if I am the first appointment of the day, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to resolve issues with billing and insurance because these are outsourced to a company staffed by people in another country. I have been trying to resolve a question about a bill for over six months and still don't have resolution and have wasted so many hours of my life on the phone with someone in India (who is very nice but never can help and just repeats the same thing to me... read more
