I ordered Toro parts from them, they are a Toro Dealer. After 10 days I called, eight times before I got ahold of someone, to inquire about the delivery status of my parts. They were not delivered, but they would check to see what happened. Over the next 10 days I called repeatedly to inquire about my parts order. I was given many excuses, we are tracking them; we contacted the Toro Sales rep; should be here tomorrow, etc.; they never appeared.
