Knocked on door and instantly started trying to tell me all my trees were sick. Won't leave and started taking pictures. Horrible man
I had a guy come out to look at my trees on a rental bc my neighbors tree top came down on my driveway, they were very nice the sales team. I had hun take down a dead tree in front and one large some over grown bushes in the back down to root grinding as I plan on putting a Dadu home out back. They quoted $1800, the scheduling department is a mess, they called 3 times to get my job schedule and couldn’t get it together kept changing the dates. A salesman came to my door trying to drum up business. I did have a couple of large trees that I was concerned with so I agreed to have someone come out and give me a quote. The price was WAY TOO HIGH and didn’t sign the contract. Now I get calls a couple of times a week, all from Evergreen Tree Care asking if I need help with my trees and I can’t block them because each number is different. Seems very shady.
Estimator made a lot of promises about what would be done and only a small piece of it was. My wife came home and said I thought the tree people were coming today?! Ouch Over promise, under deliver.
Had a perfect experience with ever green tree care. Needed a tree removed after one split in half and fell during a windy day. Submitted a form on evaluation online and got a call the next day to get it scheduled. Evaluator came out exactly on time for what we scheduled and gave an estimate on several options (there were several other trees and branches that we were hoping to get removed).
