I did not have very good experience washing the car here today. The winter season is at peak and there are a lot of salt on the road. That why I bring my car here to wash the undercarriage to protect my car from rusty damage. I had selected the 20$ Extreme wash option to make sure that the undercarriage will be washed thoroughly. Worst Carwash I have ever been to. Nothing comes out clean no matter what level of wash they provide. Vacuums have no suction. Very disappointing.
I went to this car wash yesterday. The young man who helped me was quick to complete the transaction and the customer service was great. I went through the car wash and parked off to the side when I was done because he offered to dry off the car. Again, he was quick and efficient and earned every bit of the tip. (Always tip your dryer dudes) My husband and I started working on vacuuming out the Durango.
