**I am updating my original 1 star review to a 4 star. The owner of the company called and spent 32 minutes talking with me about the gutters and a possible solution. She also explained why these gutters have icicles & the benefit, thus eliminating damage to the gutter & roof. I am looking forward to further discussion on some improvements that can be made. We have had these gutters for a few years. Every winter since, icicles all over and frozen downspouts. We have to hang out the windows and knock what we can with a broom ... read more
