Ever clean did a great job! It was nice coming back to a clean home. I had booked a 7-11am time frame. They did arrive about 30 minutes late which is why I give 4 stars. I look forward to using them again!
Many of the specific items I requested to be cleaned were not cleaned. There were still crumbs between the stove and the counter. The staff member called midway through the clean to say she was sick and that it would take longer to complete the cleaning. For as much as they charged, I expected a much better result.
I have a small house under 1000 sq ft. It is not cluttered or very dirty. And they were suppose to come and do a standard cleaning plus extra deep cleaning. In 6 hrs they didn’t even get the standard cleaning done. The owner said well you need to pay more to get that done as in hours. We didn’t have enough time. There were already charging me $384. My contract said standard cleaning plus extra. My floors and counters weren’t even cleaned. I tried to talk to the owner and she just blew up at me and said I’ll put a lien on you... read more
