The worst. Unprofessional non responsive and doesn’t do a good job maintaining pool
They failed to service my pool for 2 weeks in a row and did not call at all. Messages go un-responded to also. After that I canceled them at the start of the month. They never provided any services. And now, after 30 days, I get billed for the service??? If I don't hear from them very soon I'll file a BBB complaint.
We've used Ever Blue Pool Care for a long time for our home and a rental property. Up until now they've been professional and responsive. They haven't serviced our home pool for 3 weeks which is weird because they serviced the pool at our rental every week in September. Our pool has turned green and they aren't returning phone calls, texts or emails yet invoiced us. We are looking for a company to replace them.
