Janice guided me through breaking a long term nervous habit and helped me develop strategies to work on some other areas that I wanted to change in my life. I would highly recommend Janice to anyone who is looking for some guidance, encouragement/support, and strategies to make changes in their life.
Janice has helped me so much with improving my meditation practice. She has been an incredible support and her encouragement has kept my momentum going with my practice even at my busiest moments.
